Our highly experienced team of legal and policy experts can examine existing organizational policies and procedures and identify gaps and systemic problems and provide you with new systems to enable your organization to function more effectively and efficiently. Your custom designed system may include a variety of options including internal and external mediation, arbitration, ombudsman services, internal and external tribunal hearings and rights based options.
