The United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics retained Robert as an Independent Hearing Officer for five years.

In addition to his extensive experience in the federal sector labor field , Bob has also served as an arbitrator in construction, commercial, insurance and medical malpractice disputes.

Bob has been a presenter on ADR and arbitration hundreds of times. He has been active in numerous organizations including the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, Association for Conflict Resolution, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), the Federal Bar Association, the Society of Federal Labor Relations Professionals, and the National Academy of Arbitrators.

Monique McKay has an LL.M (Masters in Law) in Dispute Resolution and has experience with labor relations arbitrations, employment and commercial arbitrations.
